Police Department Traffic Photographs - 1951
Description
A selection of 8" x 10" black and white photographs taken as part of a statistical study of traffic and parking from April through August of 1951 that was presented to the Weehawken Traffic Committee.
It was determined that the parking problems were frequently caused by out of town motorists and employees of industrial plants parking for 10-12 hours daily.
Also included in the study were photos taken of Lincoln Tunnel traffic.
