Newspaper article, written in 1987, about the renovation of a beautiful Queen Anne Victorian home, built circa 1894, located at the southwest corner of King Avenue and Boulevard East, that once belong to Mr. Tietjen, of the Tietjen and Lang Dry Dock Company. The home was purchased in 1981 and was historically and accurately restored to its original splendor over the course of several years.

Helene Anderson, mentioned in the article, was friendly with one of the earliest owners of the property and was thrilled to see the restoration.
