Two black and white photos, prior to 1957, believed to be 1950s. According to Weehawken Historical Commission member Lauren Sherman, these photos show the corner of Maple Street and Palisade Avenue prior to May, 1957. After the building burned down, it stood derelict for about a year before it was torn down. The lot stood empty until the Weehawken Reading Park was built there.
