Description

Undivided colored photo postcard of Palisades with people standing near the rail tracks in the foreground. The end of King's Bluff was known as Lover's Leap. The train ramp on the right was part of the Delaware and Hudson Canal Company's coal trestle, which allowed the transfer of coal to and from ships and barges. Postmarked February 18, 1908.
