Undated and unidentified newspaper clipping showing two 1889 views of the Kings Woods area, which at the time of the clipping, made up part of the new Lincoln Tunnel approach. Caption reads: Kings Woods - Two Views. It is in this section that traffic from New York now pours out of the Lincoln Tunnel. Both views were made in 1889. In the picture below, derbied camera companions stood like statues on the bridge. This item is part of the collection of the Weehawken Historical Commission.
